I work with everyone who wants to enjoy a better health, through making an educated change in their nutrition, to help address the root causes of their symptoms. The primary focus of my practice is on helping people who suffer high cholesterol, high (or low) blood pressure, unsteady blood sugar; those who find themselves unable to lose weight, no matter what they do, and all those seeking help in affecting a healthy change in their lives through food and nutrition.

Many of my clients turn to me because their doctors tell them that they should try making changes in their lifestyle and diets as a last resort, before, in the very near future, they will start needing lipid and glucose lowering medications, which, for most people, tend to become life-long companions.

Making those changes is easier said than done, and involves two huge obstacles to overcome – knowing what to change and how to change it, and, unfortunately, our society is not well equipped with such knowledge and the informational overload out there about all the “good for you’s” and “bad for you’s”, and all the new diets – does nothing, but confuse people and create an impression that simple eating is rocket science. It is my job to make it simple and achievable for you, mapping out every step of the way to a healthy life that’s waiting to be lived to the fullest!

What’s needed from you? Readiness – commitment to your health and an agreement to keep your eye on the ball and keep moving one step at a time.

Please note that I am not a medical doctor, nor do I cure or diagnose. I am committed to support your whole body with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

The food we eat not only feeds our cells but also creates a specific communication between them. Any lack of nutrients causes stress on some cellular level which in turn damages organs and tissues.  If we do nothing, our bodies will cope with toxins, deficiencies and malnutrition symptoms until it exhaust its last energy reserve and then it will start to give up on us. This is when diseases come in.

Achieving real wellness involves a multi-system approach which means that attention must be given to all areas in our life because each one affects another. These areas are: nutrition, digestion, energy creation, detoxification, mindfulness, chronic stress, me time, and physical movement.  These constitute a whole being and I work with them all.
