I offer 3 months Personalized Nutrition Program.

INITIAL CONSULTING SESSION (90 minutes)

What we do together depends entirely upon your health concerns and needs. Your initial consultation will consist of 90 minute comprehensive intake where we will talk about the reason for which you are seeing me as well as your health history, sleeping habits, digestion, energy level, current food intake, and symptoms you are experiencing. I will address your health concerns, explore the roots of any challenges, assess your current daily diet, identify deficiencies, environmental exposure, order labs if needed, and create realistic, meaningful, qualitative goals to initiate lasting change. I will then design a dietary and lifestyle program to meet your unique needs. Content may include dietary and supplement recommendations, recipes, shopping lists, meal and snack ideas, and exercise and lifestyle practices to address your individual biochemical needs.

INITIAL CONSULTING CONTENT

  • Setting the goals
  • Comprehensive written summary of your health condition from the aspect of Functional Medicine – what is the root cause(s) of your condition(s) or why you suffer from a certain diagnosis (if any given by your doctor)
  • Specific written dietary guidance – step by step
  • Detailed lab analysis
  • Teaching you when, how much and which foods to eat and which not
  • Teaching you which foods are good for you to be eaten together and which ones not
  • Teaching you how to shop and prepare your new foods (how to cook it)
  • Teaching you how to recognize healthier packaged foods
  • Review of food journals, email support in between the scheduled sessions
  • Recipes
  • What details you need to be aware of when purchasing any food that is packaged
  • Educating you about supplements you need (if any) – why choosing safe and high quality supplements is important for your health
  • If you are on any medications, I am looking for possible nutrition deficiencies, and specify how to correct it
  • Looking for any interaction between your pharmaceuticals (if any taken), supplements and any recommended botanicals
  • Please note: I cannot advise whether you should stop or continue with your medication(s) prescribed to you by your doctor – this topic is out of the scope of my practice
  • Clinically monitoring your case for the duration of program
  • Additional labs may be recommended
  • I will keep you accountable

FOLLOW- UP SESSIONS (45 minutes)

The experience has proven to me that follow – ups are very important for your success. Developing new eating and lifestyle habits in general require time, motivation, consistency and perseverance to allow these changes to stay with you. With regularly following up with you, I am able to monitor your progress, motivate you, overcome obstacles, and make occasional changes in order to achieve expected results.

Reaching your goal of optimal health and vitality is a daily process. Additional sessions keep you focused and help you stay on track. With consistency and persistence, you will begin to actualize the benefits of eating real, whole, nourishing foods in combination with lifestyle changes to encourage balance and well-being.

FOLLOW-UP CONTENT

  • Discuss how you’ve been feeling since your previous session
  • Go over your food journal together
  • Address any improvements, changes, questions, or concerns
  • I will adjust and provide additions to your treatment plan
  • I will provide any additional educational materials necessary.

3 MONTHS PROGRAM
